Safety, dignity and speaking up.
Understand how to raise a safeguarding concern and where to find urgent help.
Immediate danger
Call 999 if someone is in immediate danger or needs an emergency response. Do not wait for an email or website response.
Raise a concern
For a concern relating to Chommzy support, call 07539 298995 and ask to discuss a safeguarding concern with the responsible person. Share enough information to establish a safe next step; agree how sensitive details should be provided.
Other routes
You can contact the adult safeguarding service of the local authority responsible for the person’s area. Use the council’s official website for current contact information. For a concern about regulated care, the CQC website explains how to give feedback.
Confidentiality and reporting
Information may need to be shared appropriately to protect someone. Confidentiality must not prevent lawful safeguarding reports or protected disclosures. This website does not provide a 24-hour safeguarding desk.
