Chommzy Care · Sensory Impairment Support

Clear communication. A familiar environment.

Practical support that takes sight, hearing and communication preferences into account.

Is this right for you?

Sensory Impairment Support that starts with understanding.

For people with sight loss, hearing loss or combined sensory needs who want assistance with daily routines and staying connected.

Needing support can bring questions about independence, privacy and how daily life will change. We start by listening to the person, recognising what they want to keep doing for themselves and discussing where help would make a difference.

Useful answers

Your questions about this support.

How do I arrange sensory impairment support?

Contact Chommzy Care to explain the broad support needed and your locality. The team will discuss assessment, suitability, availability and an individual quotation before any arrangement is agreed.

Can we choose the tasks and routines?

Yes. Tell us what the person can do independently, what is difficult and how they would like support delivered. An agreed plan sets out suitable tasks, communication and responsibilities.

Can family or professionals be involved?

With the person’s wishes and appropriate authority, relevant family members and professionals can contribute to assessment, handovers and reviews.

Can support change as needs change?

Ask the team for a review when routines, preferences or needs change. Any change in staffing, tasks, timing or cost needs to be discussed and agreed.

Is availability or a start date guaranteed?

No. Support depends on assessment, appropriate staff, local coverage and agreed terms. An enquiry does not confirm a booking.

Which office should I contact?

Call 07539 298995 for either office. Milton Keynes Buckinghamshire also has 01908 040108; Bournemouth also has 07345 227513. The Bournemouth branch office address remains Unit 1, Sovereign Business Park, 48 Willis Way, Poole, BH15 3TB.
