The website uses browser local storage to save unfinished form answers and care-guide choices for up to 24 hours since the last edit. This supports continuing on the same browser. Files, consent and security fields are excluded. Use Clear saved draft to remove a draft; successful submission also clears it. Drafts may include sensitive answers, so clear them on shared devices. Browser settings can block or remove local storage. No analytics, advertising pixels or session replay are added by the theme.
Hosting access
WordPress may use essential cookies for administrator sign-in and security. Any additional cookies depend on the plugins and services enabled by the website administrator.
External services
Maps are ordinary directions links rather than automatically loaded embeds. CQC, email and telephone destinations are only opened when you choose a link. Their own services may use cookies.
Future changes
Optional analytics or third-party embeds must be reviewed before being added, with appropriate information and working preference controls where required. No decorative cookie banner is used in this version.
